Situated in a extremely charming neighborhood, Kyria Florence is combining bohemian aesthetic, comfort, seclusion and privacy. Absolutely stunning  and fully renovated.  Entrance is from a large walled secured courtyard with BBQ and lot's of space, sofa's chairs, tables and subeds. Here you will enjoy the lemon tree and the fantastic smelling jasmine. Acces into the ground floor living room.  A breakfast bar separates the living room with fire-place from the superb, stylish and fully equipped kitchen, including full induction cooker and high standard equipment.  On this floor there is also an excellent and compact bathroom with a shower.  Open stairs lead up to the bedroom with a platform double bed and a wall of fitted wardrobes and drawers, and another fire place.  2 window doors off the bedroom lead to the traditional wooden front balcony  which offers wonderful views across the roofs to the harbour.  Imaginative decoration and immaculate taste in furnishings make this house feel very homely and welcoming as well as creating a feeling of seclusion and privacy. • Kathleen’s place is a heaven on earth! The house is in a quiet and calm area of the old town surrounded by Orleander trees and white buildings overlooking the port like a balcony. After a long day of hiking the island or swimming in the turquoise waters of Skopolos, it was lovely to end the day with glass of white wine on the terrace with the fairy lights on. The smell of the jasmine tree in the terrace garden is just infatuating! The interior design of the house feels very unique, cozy and done with a lot of love. In the kitchen you will find everything (!!) you might need or even think of. Kathleen gave us some great recs for the island. We had the best time here and would recommend it to everyone who looks for a quiet place to relax!  Christian

• Kathleen is a warm and generous host as one can see from her wonderfully equipped kitchen. Originally a stylist, it shows in her eclectic style and vibrant colours. And the house was SO clean you could have eaten off the floors! Really impressive. Great recommendations for the locality and for eating, which we did a lot of! A really lovely week but if you have dodgy knees or hips, the steps are steep but the exercise is good for the heart and so is Kathleen’s house!  Philippa

• This is a very sweet place to call home for trip to beautiful Skopelos. It’s on s a very peaceful corner yet close enough to the ring road and parking to come and go easily. Then there’s all the fun of getting lost in the labyrinth of lanes, and improving fitness with the strolls up and down to favourite cafes.and restaurants. As well as being sweet- the house is also extremely comfortable and well appointed. It’s a real home not just a holiday let property. We loved the spacious bedroom with its fan and balcony. The courtyard was also great with its mix of sun and shade and heavenly jasmine scents. We’d love to stay again.  Rachel.

• Stunning house on a beautiful island!  This is a beautiful, character house, which is very well equipped and is highly tastefully decorated. The owner is an artist and her beautiful paintings decorate the rooms throughout. The bedroom is very large with an extremely comfortable bed with high quality linens. The large terrace is completely private and the views from the bedroom balcony over the sea and Skopelos town are stunning. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet very close to all amenities. The support from Kathleen and her team before & during our stay was excellent. Highly recommend this lovely house! Alison.

• Une maison magnifique pleine de poésie et de voyage. En hauteur de la ville blanche (attention aux marches !) donc éloignée du bruit cette maison nous accueille avec ses couleurs dignes de la demeure de Frida Kahlo. Tout y est aussi soigné que chez soi... la clim en plus pour les nuits chaudes ! Un scooter est conseillé pour visiter l’île. Marieclaude

• Was a great stay, Skopelos island is fantastic and this house is a diamond. The host is super, fantastic preparation providing a lot of useful information, perfect welcome organization and cleaning! The house is very well organized and absolutely amazing per what concern the details and the position! • ES LA CASA MAS BONITA DE SKOPELOS.  Wonderful house, it was such a pleasure to stay at that place! Clean, beautifully decorated spacious house looks exactly as on the pictures. Bed with a good mattress, good shower and a kitchen with all essentials made our stay very comfortable. House has a wonderful cosy terrace where you can enjoy a sea view. Overall, this house is a perfect place for relaxing vacation. Always be in our hearts. Eduardo. 

• Kyria Florence house is lovely, based quite high in the town of Skopelos and only minutes walk to the port and surrounding shops and restaurants. The house is a loved and beautifully decorated residence of its owner Kathleen, who is very communicative, superbly helpful and ensures a seamless rental. The kitchen is well equipped and facilities are superb. The best aspects are the views and also the private and very secure courtyard at the front. The neighbours are extremely quiet and overall it is a very peaceful and restful place. Kathleen has a personal touch that makes it even better! Simon.

• Beautiful, airy townhouse at the top of Skopelos town. Wonderful views from balcony over harbour, and fan and windows on two sides help to keep cool (though there is aircon too). Quite a tough climb up from the town, but helps keep you fit. Better equipped kitchen than in most rentals, and Kathleen's restaurant recommendations are all good. Richard.
