Really beautiful house totally renovated Superb roof terrace where you can enjoy wonderful 360° views over the city, the harbour, the sea and the mountains.  

An archway from the entrance hall leads into a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.  Beyond the kitchen, the living room is attractively decorated and still has the original corner fireplace. Here is a sofa, a table and chairs – and there is also a new downstairs bathroom with marble top, shower and plenty of storage space.  A wooden staircase leads up to the large master bedroom. A further flight of stairs leads off the bedroom and up to a wonderful, partly shaded roof terrace - the retaining wall is quite low, so it’s not suitable for young children. Here you have everything you need – a summer kitchen, a barbecue, table and chairs, sunbeds and a magnificent views over the rooftops of the town and across the harbour. From the very moment you arrive it feels calm and cool, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. You will not want to move! Sleeps 2 adults.

• A great place to stay in Skopelos: slightly removed from the port, which allows relaxing evenings and yet close to the action and perfectly located for strolls around the old town. Kathleen is incredibly helpful and has a lot of great tips for all kinds of trips around the island. The view is simply sensational and we really enjoyed our time there. • La casa è pulita e curata in ogni particolare con tutte le comodità possibili. La posizione è ottima, tranquilla e silenziosa ma vicina al porto. Il terrazzo in particolare è grande ed estremamente piacevole da vivere. Grazie Kathleen speriamo di tornare presto! 

• Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub in diesem Haus! Es liegt mitten in der Stadt, man kann alle Geschäfte und Cafes zu Fuß erreichen. Dennoch ist es ruhig und auf der herrlichen Dachterrasse hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick. Am Abend weht dort oben ein frischer Wind, wenn es in der Stadt zwischen den Häusern noch heiß ist. Das riesige Schlafzimmer ist luftig und der Deckenventilator ist völlig ausreichend. Es gibt auch eine Klimaanlage, die hervorragend funktioniert, wenn es einmal besonders heiß ist. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, zur Begrüßung hatten wir Obst und Brot, das fanden wir besonders nett. Überall im Haus findet man Kunstwerke, die Fische im Badezimmer haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin Kathleen war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, sie hat uns mit ihrem Mann am Hafen abgeholt und uns alles gezeigt. Viele Informationen bekamen wir von ihr schon im Vorfeld zugeschickt. Alles in allem: Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!  Doris.

• The place is very beautiful, cosy and clean with very special furniture and decoration. Everything that ist needed is there. It has a kitchen, a place to eat and a small bathroom in the ground floor. Upstairs is a generous and beautiful bedroom. Highlight is the roof terrasse, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city and harbor. Communication with Kathleen was always friendly and helpful. We would definitely come again. Nora.

• Unglaubliches, authentisches Haus unmittelbar in der Altstadt ( einige Stufen) alles wichtige in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Bester Ausblick über die Dächer der Stadt und den Hafen. Tolles Ambiente. Florian.

• With old charm and new modern updates, this place is absolutely wonderful! We did not want to leave. Our hosts personally picked us up from the ferry when we first arrived late at night and showed us back to the place in the old town of Skopelos. It’s a lovely place with amazing little details throughout. You can tell that Kathleen took the love and care to make this place a special vacation home. To get to the place, you must go uphill a bit, so you might run out of breath near the top. But it’s worth it! And the view on the roof deck is spectacular! Highly recommend this place! Carin.

• Wunderschönes Appartement mitten in der Altstadt von Skopelos! Es ist einfach traumhaft! Durch die kleinen Gassen der Altstadt spazieren und dann auf der Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick über die Altstadt und den Hafen ein Glas Wein genießen und auf den Liegen relaxen. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und besonders eingerichtet! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kommunikation war sehr gut! Men hat uns vom Hafen abgeholt und uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps und einer Karte von Skopelos versorgt. Danke für alles!!  Cornelia

• We had the best time in Skopelos and in this amazing house. Kathleen was a very helpful host, full of nice advices to eat and to go out in the island. • We really enjoyed our stay on this beautiful island and I would definitely recommend Agapi Nefeli for a couple that wants an authentic Greek experience.  The house is traditional and stylish, as if taken out of a film about Greece. Situated in the most beautiful part of Skopelos town, just a 5min walk from the main streets but also in a quiet neighbourhood far from the noise of the port. We had the best sleep on the big and comfortable beds using only the ceiling fan and we used a lot the terrace in the evenings that has the best views over the old town. This was our favourite part of the house, it really makes a huge difference. Looking foreward going back there! Mentis.

• Kathleen has provided a wealth of information on things to do and places to go. The house is very cosy and beautifully decorated. It was very nice to come back and drink some wine on the terrace after a day out exploring the island. The view is amazing! We are already talking about when we can return! • Wir haben 10 schöne und erholsameTage im Haus von Kathleen verbracht. Sie hat uns persönlich sehr nett empfangen und im Haus war alles bestens vorbereitet. • Kathleens bezauberndes Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gasse in der Altstadt von Skopelos. Wir haben jeden Tag unseres Aufenthaltes von 8 Tagen in August 2018 dort genossen und hatten fast Tränen in den Augen, als unser Urlaub zu Ende war. Die wunderschöne Dachterrasse hat einen herrlichen Blick über den Hafen und die Altstadt, das Schlafzimmer ist geräumig und luftig.  Es ist das perfekte Haus für einen Urlaub auf Skopelos! K.F..

• Great location , beautiful accomodation. This property is in a great location, 5 minutes to the lively harbour front and 10-15 minutes on foot to the closest beach.  The property is truly beautiful. Very tastful decoration. The exterior spaces are magnificent with great views. Kathleen was very helpful with tips and recommendations.
